8백리 소호（巢湖，Chao Lake）, 안개 자욱한 수면은 한없이 넓고 아득하고, 드넓은 호수는 정 많은 토지를 촉촉하게 적시면서 근면하고 지혜로운 마을 사람들을 낳고 기른다. 오랜 세월 동안 마을사람들은 해가 뜨면 일하고 해가 지면 쉬면서, 가난하지만 편안한 마음으로 선행을 즐겼고 세상 변천에도 놀라지 않았다.

지난 세기 80년대, 소호 북쪽의 黄麓镇（huanglu-zhen）에서 전통적인 농경문화는 여전히 완만하게 진행되었지만, 한편에서는 갈망과 격정이 이 땅 위에서 천천히 양성되고 있었다.

(1) 1987년 8월, Chaohu시 Lingmei제품공장 창립. 2만원이 안 되는 자산, 10여 명의 직원, 년산 4만여 장의 Lingmei 기와. 제품이 시장에 나온 이후 수요왕성에 따라 공급부족현상이 발생하고 이익이 현저하여 2공장 건립. 그러나 계획경제의 영향 및 관리 상의 문제에 따라 Lingmei 공장은 오래지 않아 어려움에 봉착. 부채가 쌓여 자산규모를 초과하고 생산이 중단되어 부도에 이르게 됨.

(2) 1992년 7월, Huanglu區 경제위원회 책임자인 杨俊斌 （Yang，Junbin 현회장） 동지가 Lingmei제품공장에 자원 부임했고 그의 통일 관리 하에 Lingmei공장은 그 해에 기사회생함. 이후 다시 색유리복합기와, 위생과일껍질상자, 주택 및 공장용 복합판재 등을 연이어 개발하고 정확한 시장판단으로 크게 성공하여 기업은 쾌속발전 함.

그러나, 시장은 시시각각 변하는 바 이에 능동적으로 대처하지 않으면 타인에게 대체 당함. 1997년, Lingmei공장은 방향을 수정, 중국국내에서도 막 시작한 輕강구조물 시장으로 진출하여 머지않아 도래하게 될 신형, 輕型건축자재의 상업기회를 선취함. 이와 동시에 재산권제도 개혁을 진행하고, 주식합작제도를 실행하였으며, 공개초빙을 통해 널리 현명한 인재를 받아들여 기술, 행정, 재무, 관리, 영업 등 주요 직책의 직무를 맡김으로써 한걸음씩 인재시스템과 현대기업제도의 구축을 완성하게 됨. 회사는 이로써 점진적인 발전의 단계에 접어들게 됨.

(3) 2003년 말, 회사는 同济（Tongji）대학과 협력하여 同济富煌강구조물 설계연구센터를 설립, 연구개발 설계능력이 대폭 강화됨. 2004년 12월, 산업전형 승급을 실현하기 위해 安徽富煌钢构有限公司（AFSS）라는 정식 간판을 걸고 轻강구조물 분야에 전면적으로 몰두하여 짧은 시간 내에 이 분야의 군계일학이 됨.

2006년, 수억 원을 투자한 重강구조물 생산라인이 정식 가동됨. 2008년, 上海富煌重钢构有限公司를 설립, 순조롭게 주도제품을 “경강구조물” 에서 “중형강구조물”과 “특수강구조물”로 전략적 전형승급을 실현하고, 빠르게 무주공간건물, 초고층건물, 발전소보일러, 교량 등 기술장벽이 비교적 높은 고급 분야에 진출함. 그리고 상해박람회에서 스페인국가관(건설난이도가 북경소재 국가스타디움 <鸟巢，조소> 못지 않음)을 대표로 5개 국가 7개 박람회관을 수주하여 세계를 놀라게 함.

2008년 국가첨단신기술기업에 지정되었고, 2009년 국가 ”인력자원과 사회보장部”에 의해 박사학위를 취득한 사람이 계속 연구작업에 종사할 수 있는 연구기관의 설립을 허가 받았으며, 2010년 주택건축공사 시공총도급 1급 자격을 획득함. 2013년 건축업계(건축공사) 甲급 설계자격을 획득하여 강구조물 업계에서 각종 자격을 전부 갖춘, 등급이 가장 높은 기업 중의 하나가 됨. 2015년 AFSS의 기술센터가 국가기업기술센터로 인정받음

십여 년의 발전을 두루 거치면서 AFSS는 이미 “富煌제조” 에서 “富煌창조”를 향해 큰 폭으로 매진하였고, 강구조물업계에서 품질이 탄탄하고 브랜드지명도가 높은 일류기업이 되었다. 눈을 돌려 미래를 보건 데, AFSS人은 개척,창신의 용기와 의연함 그리고 착실한 근무태도로 끊임없이 탁월함을 추구하여 찬란한 새로운 장을 써 내려 갈 것이다.

On the 800-mile Chaohu Lake, mists and waves stretch far into the distance. The vast lake moistens the plentiful land and cultivates the diligent and wise villagers. For many years, villagers began working at sunrise and went back for rest at sundown, felt content with poverty, behaved kind and lived an ordinary life.

In the 1980s, the traditional agricultural civilization still marched forward slowly in Huanglu Town located on the north bank of Chaohu, but a kind of desire and passion had developed slowly on this land.

1. In August 1987, Chaohu Magnesite Product Plant was built. With the capital of less than 20,000 yuan and only a dozen of workers, the plant produced over 40,000 magnesite tiles every year. After the product appeared on the market, the demand for this product exceeded the supply for a time, and the plant obtained a lot of benefits. The plant then opened a branch. However, due to influences from planned economy and chaotic management, the originally prosperous magnesite plant got into trouble soon, ran up a score, faced insolvency and plant halt, and stayed on the verge of collapse.

2. In July 1992, Mr. Yang Junbin, who was the person in charge of Economic Committee in Huanglu District at that time, initiatively applied for working in the Magnesite Product Plant. Under his uniform management, the Magnesite Product Plant was revived in that year. After that, the plant in succession started projects such as colored glaze composite tiles, hygienic shell boxes, composite sample rooms and plant construction materials The enterprise obtained huge success and rapid development by virtue of accurate market orientation and promised a bright future. However, market is constantly changing, so that the wise shall change with the trends and ride on the momentum. Otherwise, they will be quickly replaced by others.

3. In the end of 2003, the enterprise, together with Tongji University, established the Tongji-Fuhuang Steel Structure Design and Research Center and obtained much stronger capacity of research, development and design. In December 2004, Anhui Fuhuang Steel Structure Co.,Ltd. was formally listed and started exerted extensive influences in the light steel structure field. Only after a few years, the enterprise became an outstanding leader in this field.

In 2006, a heavy steel structure production line with investment of hundreds of millions yuan was formally put into production. In 2008, Shanghai Fuhuang Heavy Steel Structure Co.,Ltd. was established, smoothly realized the strategic transformation and upgrade of leading products from "light steel structures" into "heavy steel structures" and "special steel structures", and quickly marched into the high-end fields with high technical barriers, such as large-span spatial structures, high-rise buildings, power plant boilers and bridges. The enterprise also amazed the whole world by virtue of construction 5 pavilions represented by Spain Pavilion (of which the construction Difficulty is not second to Bird's Nest) at Shanghai World Expo.

The enterprise won the title of "National High-tech Enterprise" in 2008; set up a Post-doctoral Scientific Research Workstation with approval from Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security of the People's Republic of China in 2009; obtained qualification of Class 1 General Contracting of House-building Engineering Construction in 2010; obtained qualification of Class 1 General Contracting of House-building Engineering Construction in 2010; obtained qualification of Class A Design in Construction Industry (Construction Engineering) in 2013 and became the unique enterprise owning such qualification in the through decades of development, Fuhuang Steel Structure has greatly developed from "Fuhuang Manufacture" into "Fuhuang Creation", becoming the first-class brand with the most complete qualification and the highest class in the domestic steel structure industry.
