28년 전, 우리는 고향 땅에서 맨손으로 창업했다. 단지 마음 속 깊은 곳에 오래 전부터 묻혀있던 하나의 씨앗---평범한 추구를 위해, 고향의 발전을 위해--- 그것 때문에.

여기까지 오는 길에 우리는 어려움을 극복하고 장애를 없애면서 떨쳐 나아가되 멈추지 않았다. 열정과 땀으로 자신의 꿈을 추구하면서 자신의 역사를 썼다. 20여 년, 이는 단지 고생하면서 분투한 창업역정일 뿐만이 아니라 끊임없이 자아를 초월한 정신의 서사시이다. 무수한 어려움과 좌절, 무수한 땀과 포기를 모르는 투쟁으로 마침내 富煌（AFSS）의 크고 웅장한 아름다운 그림을 그려냈다.

오늘의 AFSS는 이미 重型강구조물을 위주로 重型건축구조물과 重型특수강구조물을 계열화 발전시키는 특색있는 경영방식을 형성하여, 중국 강구조물 업계에서 각종 건축철골, 교량철골, 발전소철골의 설계, 제조 그리고 설치, 종합도급을 일체화 할 수 있는 전문 강구조물 기업이 되었고. 또한 중국 강구조물 업계에서 브랜드 가치가 높은 생산, 연구개발, 창신기지와 지도자를 갖추고 있다

영웅은 출처를 묻지 않는다. AFSS의 오늘날의 성취는 만족스럽다. 그러나 우리는 기억해야 한다 여기 오기까지의 길을.

28년, 우리는 “0”에서 시작했다. 파산이 임박한, 초급 건자재만 생산이 가능한 무명 시골기업에서 중국 철골업계 일류의 종합운영업체로 발전하였다. 이는 결코 운이 좋았기 때문 만이 아니며 착실하게 어려움을 참고 힘껏 일한다는 정신, 개척/창신의 용기, 수용하는 자세 그리고 멀리 내다보는 풍부한 시야에서 비롯된 것이다.

28년, 우리는 곤혹스러울 때 막막해 하지 않았고, 실패했을 때 굴복하지 않았으며, 성공했을 때 승리감에 이성을 잃지 않았다. 우리는 끊임없이 시장의 동향에 주의를 기울였고, 사회의 요구를 이해하였으며, 시대의 변화를 정확하게 파악하여 침착하게 제품을 변화시켰다.

28년, 우리는 줄곧 최초의 꿈을 마음에 품어 왔고, 초심을 잃지 않았다. 그것이 얼마나 소박하든 우리는 결코 동요하지 않았다. “먼저 사람이 되고 나서 기업을 운영한다” 이것은 우리의 시종일관 변하지 않는 핵심 가치관이다. “자상하게 공헌하고, 창신을 위해 떨쳐 나아가며, 용감하게 일류를 다투고, 영원히 자만하지 않는다”, 응집하는 것이 변하지 않는 AFSS의 정신이다. 이러한 정신은 단지 AFSS 안에서만 전해지는 것이 아니라, 우리의 힘이 미칠 수 있는 범위 내에서 세계에 영향을 끼칠 것이며, 그것은 또 AFSS로 하여금 더욱 새롭고 더욱 좋은 발전 단계에 이를 수 있도록 인도할 것이다.

정상에 올라 무릇 산들의 작음을 일별한다. 이는 인간의 경지이며 기업이 추구하는 경지이기도 하다. 그러나 어떤 위치에 있게 되던 우리는 당초 왜 출발했는 지 --- 평범한 추구를 위해, 고향의 발전을 위해 --- 모두 기억할 것이다.

Nowadays, Fuhuang has formed a characteristic operation pattern oriented by heavy steel structures, which aims at realizing serialized development of heavy construction steel structures and heavy special steel structures. Fuhuang has become an integral and professional steel structure enterprise which can take over design, manufacture, installation and general contracting various construction steel structures, bridge steel structures, and power plant steel structures in the domestic steel structure industry; become the base for production, scientific research and innovation with strong brand advantages and the industrial leader in the domestic steel structure industry.

People will not care about the origin of a hero. Despite of the current satisfactory achievements fo Fuhuang, we still need to remember our development course.

During the 29 years, we started from scratch and developed from an unknown village enterprise which stayed on the verge of bankruptcy and could only produce primary construction materials into a first-class comprehensive brand operator in Chinese steel structure industry by virtue of the down-to-earth and hardworking spirit, courage for innovation, inclusiveness and far sight rather than the good luck merely.

During the 29 years, we felt puzzled sometimes, but never got lost; we failed sometimes, but never gave up; we obtained achievements, but never became dizzy with success. We paid continuous attention to market trend, knew social demands, mastered accurate trends of the era and updated our products unhurriedly.

During the 29 years, we never forgot the initial dream and insisted on the original spirit. We never hesitated no matter how ordinary our dream was. We always stick to the core values of "developing an enterprise based on excellent behaving'. Fuhuang will continue maintaining the spirit of "generous contribution, progress and innovation, bravely striving for first-class outcome, and never feeling conceited". Besides spreading the spirit inside Fuhuang, we will also try our best to propagate the spirit all over the world. Undoubtedly, the spirit will lead Fuhuang Steel Structure to realize newer and better development.

"While reaching the top, I can hold all mountains in a single glance". This is a high-level realm of human beings and also the realm pursued by our enterprise. No matter what position we stay at, we will remember the motivation of our initial starting-for the ordinary pursuit, for prospering of hometown.
